About Barbara Hudson

Dr. Barbara Hudson currently serves as Director of Music Ministries at
Spanish Fort Presbyterian Church in Spanish Fort, AL, and also as an
adjunct instructor of Music at Coastal Alabama Community College in
Baldwin County, Alabama. She has taught applied voice, music
curriculum courses, directed choirs and opera theatre ensembles since
1989 at colleges and universities in the mid-Atlantic and Southeastern
U.S. Dr. Hudson trained as an AT Teacher at The Alexander Alliance in
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania from 1998 to 2002. She has been a
Teaching Member of ATI since 2002. Dr. Hudson enjoys working with
voice users who are interested in unlocking the body’s upright and
breathing reflexes. She also enjoys helping singer/actors connect to
sound-making, pitch-matching, and freedom from vocal strain and
fatigue.
